ANNOUNCEMENT

Note to all students wishing to attend WAHCK this week; lecturer Peter Hannay will not be available Tuesday week 1 of semester to conduct WAHCK as he will be out of town. The group's first session will be Tuesday week 2, 2:30pm to 4:30pm in the wireless labs. Contact Kronicd in irc for more info.

As of 2010 SCISSA will be officially trading as CASSA and along with this change our website will also be making the transition. Previously we have relied on support from students to manage our wordpress site and phpbb forums, but given the time vs profit of managing it all we decided to move to vbulletin allowing the club to focus on less tedious and more challenging projects.

Users of the old phpbb forum should settle in fine with your old logins and threads being transferred across, but I recommend old users use the reset password facility of vbulletin as all your passwords didn't seem to transfer correctly :(

We'll be updating the website style over time and should be much more visually inviting soon (hopefully prior to orientation) and we are planning on adding online club memberships via paypal soon as well.
